All orders are sent using standard Royal Mail untracked services, unless you select a tracked and signed option. Orders placed on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times, so if you need your order in time for a special occasion, please contact us first to let us know. 

You are responsible for paying all tax, duty and handling fees that may be applied by your country's customs and postal services. If you refuse delivery due to extra fees and it is returned to us, we will refund your order when we receive it, after deducting all shipping costs and any further charges we have incurred. Customs duty, VAT and handling charges are explained here. If you are not from the UK, please read carefully before you order.

1 – 3 business days after despatch
(Orders can take up to 10 business days)

Europe

5 – 10 business days after despatch
(Orders can take up to 14 business days)

Rest of the World (including USA and Canada)

10 – 20 business days after despatch
(Orders can take up to 28 business days)

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. No orders are despatched over the weekend. If we experience delays we will contact you immediately by email to let you know. Delays can also occur while an order is being shipped. If you have any questions, send us an email and we will help.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your La Mort order. If for any reason you would like to return items to us, please follow the steps below and we will ensure that you receive either your requested exchange items, or a refund.

STEP ONE: CONTACT US

Please email us first at [email protected] to let us know the problem and how you would like it resolved. We can then let you know if the new items you require are in stock, or suggest alternatives.  

STEP TWO: CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD OUR RETURNS FORM

One you have emailed us, please download and complete the returns form. You will need to fill this in and enclose a printed copy with the items you return. If you don't have a printer, send us an email and let us know. 

PLEASE DO NOT SEND BACK RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT INCLUDING RETURNS FORM IN THE PACKAGE.

STEP THREE: SEND BACK YOUR ITEMS

Once you have completed your form and packaged your return items, send them back to:

All items must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving them, in unwashed and unworn condition (except for trying them on), and with original tags attached. We are unable to exchange or refund any items after 14 days. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll refund your postage costs. Please keep proof of postage until we have processed your return.
